It’s Wednesday morning. What’s the scene at your workplace?
I'm likely sitting in my home office, surrounded by recording equipment, working on new video or audio content for my clients or my own channels. Alternatively, I could be out in the world, leading an in-person breathwork session, guiding people through a deep journey with their breath. The contrast between digital creation and in-person facilitation keeps things interesting.
What’s on the agenda for today?
Today is all about fine-tuning the final details of my upcoming app launch. It’s a mix of admin, tying up loose ends, and ensuring everything is aligned for a smooth rollout. Between emails and small tasks, I’ll be recording some fresh audio content for the platform — probably a mix of guided breathwork sessions, meditation tracks, and educational content on breath and nervous system regulation. It’s exciting to see this project coming together, and I can’t wait to get it out into the world.
Any restaurant plans today, tonight, this weekend?
I’ve got a Sunday lunch booked at Gold Notting Hill, and I couldn’t be more excited for the Mediterranean-inspired small plates, wood-fired dishes, and seasonal ingredients done beautifully. The aesthetic is also spot-on, with warm lighting, lush greenery, and a relaxed but stylish vibe.
How about a little leisure or culture?
I recently spent a couple of nights in the countryside at Long Lane, a new wellness hotel and members’ club that some friends of mine are launching. It’s a stunning space designed for deep rest, connection, and recalibration — a mix of nature, comfort, and intentional design. When it comes to culture, I’m also gearing up for my fourth Ry X concert later this month. His music is such a perfect blend of haunting, cinematic soundscapes and deeply emotional vocals — listening to him live is an almost meditative experience. If you haven’t explored his work, I highly recommend starting with his album Dawn or Unfurl.
Any weekend getaways?
For an upcoming trip, I’ve got my eye on The Treehouse at Barrow Hill Barns —a stunning countryside retreat. It’s in a peaceful woodland setting, and the kind of place where you wake up to birdsong and mist rolling through the trees.
What was your last great vacation?
My last big adventure was a wilderness expedition in the canyons of Utah last October, guided by Jamie Wheal and the Flow Genome Project. It was an incredible off-grid survival experience — days spent hiking through remote landscapes, learning about resilience, and pushing the edges of comfort and endurance.
On a more relaxed note, I also spent quite a bit of time in Lisbon last year, which is quickly becoming one of my favourite cities. If you’re visiting, I’d highly recommend staying at Locke Hotels — they do a great job of blending apartment-style living with beautiful, design-forward interiors. And if you’re a steak lover (sorry to my vegan friends), O’Tahlo is a must.
What’s a recent big-ticket purchase you love?
My Sony Noise-Cancelling Headphones have been a game-changer. The sound quality is incredible, and the noise cancellation is next-level — perfect for getting into flow states.
What store or service do you always recommend?
The Brick App. It’s a physical device that allows you to lock yourself out of distractions like social media, notifications, and unnecessary apps on your phone, helping you stay present and engaged in deep work or personal time.
